TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WAKEUP ALARM AND CALLING SERVICE

DEFINITIONS

•  "Service" refers to the wakeup alarm and calling service provided by jagoindians.com.
•  "User" refers to the individual who signs up for and uses the Service.
•  "Alarm" refers to the wakeup alarm call or message sent to the User at the designated time.

USE OF SERVICE

• The User must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• The User must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for the Service.
• The User is responsible for ensuring that their phone number and other contact information are up to date and accurate.

ALARM SCHEDULE

• The User can schedule alarms for specific times and dates.
• The User can choose to receive alarms via phone call, text message, or other notification
  methods.
• The Service will make reasonable efforts to deliver alarms at the designated time, but is not responsible for any delays or failures due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

CONTENT AND QUALITY OF ALARMS

• The Service reserves the right to determine the content and quality of alarms, including the tone, volume, and message.
• The Service will make reasonable efforts to ensure that alarms are clear and audible, but is not responsible for any issues related to the User's phone or hearing.

PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

• The User may be required to pay a subscription fee to use the Service.
• The User must provide a valid payment method and keep it up to date.
• The Service reserves the right to change its pricing and subscription terms at any time.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

• The User can cancel their subscription at any time, but may not be entitled to a refund.
• The Service reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's account at any time, without notice or liability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Service is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to:

1. Missed alarms or delayed alarms

2. Technical issues or errors

3. Any other circumstances beyond its control

• The Service's liability is limited to the amount of the User's subscription fee.

INDEMNIFICATION

• The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the User's use of the Service.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal/India.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association].

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
